📦 What are the delivery times?

Custom orders take up to 14 days to manufacture before shipping depending on demand. But I'll work as quickly as possible to get your creation to you in no time 😊

🎨 How does customization work?

You can contact me in advance on Instagram or by email. We'll choose the size and color(s) together. Once your order is confirmed, I'll begin processing your order.

🔄 Can I return my custom order?

We will communicate by email in case of problems to deal with each case individually. In general, custom creations are not returned.
